Provider for the following health insurance companies

We are an in-network provider for the following health insurance companies at the Texas Institute of Dermatology, San Antonio Dermatology Clinic:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSTX)
• Cigna
• Humana
• Tricare Standard
• United Healthcare

If you do not find name of your health insurance in this list, you may email the details of your insurance information to info [at] txid [dot] org with a call back number, we will verify and let you know.

• We are considered out of network for other health insurance plans (other than Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Tricare  and United Health Care).
• Most PPO health insurance plans allow you to see an out of network physician. You are expected to pay at the time of service. You can then submit the invoice to your health insurance company. The insurance company reimburses you according to your plan.
• Currently, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
